1. Data controller

The site is published by Oussama El Idrissi El Bouzaidi. For any question about your data: contact@mydentistpro.ma.

2. Data we collect

• Demo or quote request form: name, clinic name, city, phone, email and message. Used only to contact you about the MyDentistPro software.
• Patient reviews: first name and last-name initial (published), rating and comment (published), phone or email (verified with a code, never published, stored as a hashed fingerprint to prevent duplicates).
• Browsing data: pages viewed, device type, browser, approximate country, collected in aggregate by Google Analytics.
• We collect no medical data through the public site. Patient data managed by clinics in the software is never used for advertising.

3. Advertising: Google AdSense

Some directory and article pages display ads served by Google AdSense.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.

Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

4. Cookies we use

• Strictly necessary cookies: language and theme (light / dark) preferences. No consent required.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): anonymised traffic statistics, used to improve the site.
• Advertising cookies (Google AdSense and its partners): serving and measuring ads, which may be personalised.
• For visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a Google-certified consent banner records your choice before any advertising cookie is set.
• You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

5. Recipients

• Data is intended for the MyDentistPro team. It is never sold.
• Technical processors: hosting (Contabo GmbH), analytics and advertising (Google).
• When you contact a clinic from the directory, you deal directly with that clinic.

6. Retention

• Demo / quote requests: 3 years after the last contact.
• Patient reviews: while the review is published, then 1 year after removal (evidence in case of dispute).
• Cookies: 13 months maximum.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, object to and erase your data. Write to contact@mydentistpro.ma; we reply within 30 days. You may also contact Morocco’s data protection authority (CNDP, www.cndp.ma).

8. Security

Traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to data is restricted to authorised staff.
